My first book with Silhouette Desire, Having the Billionaire's Baby, is due out July 14 in North America, and in August in Australia and New Zealand.
It's also being released in India via the Harlequin Mills & Boon Indian internet site. How cool is that?
Having the Billionaire's Baby is the story of Nick and Callie, two fiercely independent people, living in different countries, who have to deal with the repercussions of a single fateful night.
It's been given a 4 star review in Romantic Times magazine, the reviewer saying that "Nick and Callie are great together".
Waiting for the book to come out has been a little like waiting for Christmas - the time seeming like it's taking forever to pass while simultaneoulsy rushing up.
I've also sold my second book - as yet untitled - about a woman who discovers that the IVF child she's carrying is not her dead husband's but rather, his brother's!
And so now I'm working on book number three. This one has a touch of royalty in it, and I'm having a terrific time writing it.
In an effort to be constantly improving my craft I just attended a Robert McKee story seminar in Melbourne, Australia. I had a fantastic weekend (made all the better by going with my very good writing friends) and learnt and had confirmed and articulated many, many insightful lessons. The hard part comes in trying to put it into practice!
